As a minimum, it’s recommended for women to consume at least 2 litres of water on an average day, without exercise.
As soon as you wake up consume 1 litre of water with a whole lemon squeezed in, this will refresh you and cleanse your body for the day ahead. Before lunch and dinner consume 2 large glasses of water, this will suppress your appetite and allow your body to feel fuller for longer. It has been medically proven that water assists in weight loss because often when you feel hungry you are actually dehydrated.
Get drinking ladies and substitute that wine glass for a water bottle.
