Please bring a valid form of photo identification (driver’s license, passport etc) and valid medicare card.
For all procedures, please also bring photos that you like or dislike the look of. Your surgeon can then ascertain your desired look and determine what’s possible with your existing body shape.
If you are having a breast augmentation, please bring a sports bra with no padding or underwire and a tight singlet so that your measurements can be taken.
You should discuss your desired look and lifestyle with your surgeon. He or she can then inform you of all the available surgical options to best suit your body type and proportions. Your surgeon will take your medical history, conduct some routine examinations and take measurements to determine whether you a suitable candidate for your desired procedure.
Your consultation will last approximately 45 minutes. We do our best to address any concerns or questions you may have during this time. If you require additional time or a secondary consult, please let one of our friendly Cosmetic Consultants know. Additional consultation fees may apply.
You are allowed to bring one support person with you to your consultation. We ask that you do not to bring children to the clinic with you.
Our surgeons can sometimes be booked out months in advance. To secure your date of surgery, you may wish to book in your date of surgery prior to booking your consultation. Many of our patients prefer this option as it assists in planning work, leave and child care arrangements.
Yes, we keep all your medical records in the strictest confidence. Our staff are also bound by confidentiality requirements as part of their employment. If we need to release any of your medical information for any reason, your consent will be required.
Yes. We encourage you to be fully informed about your procedure, including discussing results with past patients.

There is no extra cost for one type of anaesthetic compared to another, and our specialist anaesthetists are skilled at delivering all types of anaesthetic. More important than the type of anaesthetic is the presence of a fully qualified anaesthetist caring for you at all times.
